Payment Terms:

 

1.1 All clients are required to pay upfront for the services provided by Deskmonkeys.
1.2. Payment will be based on the number of hours spent on the project and not on a per-project basis.

No Refunds Policy:

 

2.1. Deskmonkeys does not offer refunds for any completed or ongoing projects. 2.2. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable, regardless of the project's status or outcome.

2.3. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review our portfolio and discuss project requirements before making a payment.

 

Hourly Billing:

 

3.1. The client agrees to pay Deskmonkeys at the specified hourly rate for all work performed.

3.2. Detailed records of the hours spent on each project will be provided upon request.

Project Ownership:

 

4.1. Upon completion of the project and full payment, all design files and web assets created by Deskmonkeys will become the sole property of the client.

4.2. Deskmonkeys will retain no rights to reuse or redistribute the project materials without explicit permission from the client.

 

Client Communication:

 

5.1. In the event of any issues or concerns regarding the project, the client is required to communicate directly with Deskmonkeys.

5.2. Deskmonkeys will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Project Revisions:

 

6.1. Deskmonkeys will provide reasonable revisions to the project as discussed during the initial scope, within the agreed-upon timeframe.

6.2. Major deviations from the initial scope may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement between Deskmonkeys and the client.

 

Confidentiality:

 

7.1. Deskmonkeys agrees to treat all client information and project details with the utmost confidentiality.

7.2. The client's personal and business information will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.

Copyright and Trademarks:

 

8.1. The client guarantees that all materials provided to Deskmonkeys for the project are owned by the client or that the client has obtained proper permission to use them.

8.2. Deskmonkeys will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringements related to materials provided by the client.

Project Delays and Force Majeure:

 

9.1. Deskmonkeys will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframe.

9.2. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events may occur, and Deskmonkeys will not be held responsible for such delays.

Termination of Services:

​

10.1. Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

10.2. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for the hours worked up to that point, and any remaining balance will be due immediately.

Modification of Terms:

 

11.1. Deskmonkeys reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11.2. Clients will be informed of any changes and will be bound by the updated terms upon continuing to use Deskmonkeys' services.
